I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach working with women who are motivated to look and feel better and improve their health and wellbeing. As a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine I apply the Functional Medicine model in my practice to figure out why you are experiencing certain symptoms or ailments. I draw a timeline for each person to find exactly when some underlying health problem started to take place and figure out what exactly triggered it.

You will walk out with a personalised matrix of your underlying issues knowing what to concentrate on. Everyone is different and unique, and my plan is tailored specifically for you. My aim is to work together with you to help you shift from illness to wellness.

For weight loss programmes I use the Metabolic Balance nutritional programme that has been built on 25 years of scientific research.
