Really upset with my experience. Taxi turned up 30 minutes late. No apology. Once we got in the taxi we were told it would be £15 more than the agreed price . If we didn't agree to pay the extra we were told we would be taken back to the original destination. Called office and was told sorry it is what it is! Will never use this service again. Absolutely disgusted to be held at ransom like this. More...
