Craig has been punctual on both occasions, and he has worked throughout for several hours each time. He is happy to give advice and suggestions, but he listens to what you want and he does not impose his opinions on you. He sends useful links to your phone in order that you can order supplies, and he is also happy to pick up supplies for you. He appears thorough in his work, and he tries hard to minimise any disruptions to customers when he's in their home. He is fair in his costings and he follows up his work with invoices via emails (including estimates of work to be done). I am very happy with the work Craig has carried out, and I would recommend. Craig provided an outstanding service throughout the time he was here and I am thrilled. Craig did a damp course, fitted my doors and fitted some taps for me, he was polite and cleaned up after himself.
