What do you love most about your job?
My job is my passion and what I do come not only from my extended experience and knowledge but I combine that with heart.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always wanted to be a coach I guess not even knowing back then what I was ;) I feel that I've fulfilled my calling by becoming a coach.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As I'm working mostly online there was not many adjustments I needed to make for my clients. I suppose I made myself as much available for them so I can support them above and beyond during that time.

Bespoke programs
I offer 3-6-12 months programs according to your needs.
The frequency of our sessions within each of the program is agreed during our initial conversation (usually it is a combination of every week session with one week pause after 3 weekly consecutive sessions during one month as well as fortnightly sessions).
Each session last min 1h.
