After reading a couple of negative reviews, I did risk booking. They were due to come at 4 pm today (Monday) so I spent the day clearing everything from the room. Received a txt at 2.45 to say wouldn’t be able to make appointment, but could rearrange ‘maybe Saturday? ‘. Absolutely rubbish, booked this company to come and clean my carpets, moved all furniture out of living room, they were supposed to show at 10am - it's 3pm and i'm still waiting. No communication, not responding to texts, calls or FB messages. A phone call to advise an update on the situation is the least they could've done but they can't even manage that, appalling service.
