I am professional and versatile Structural Engineer with strong working knowledge of key engineering theories and practices developed through extensive experience in building structures.
I have an MSc in Engineering Management from the University of Leeds. I am also a graduate of London South Bank University with a BS(Hon) in Architectural Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Structural Engineering.
The mixture of the three disciplines enables me to bring together the creativity of building design, the precision of engineering analysis and the skills of construction, management, and finance.
I have over 8 years’ experience working on various domestic properties including new builds and renovations. I also have considerable expertise in the design of historic properties
Structural Drawings
These are drawings which are usually used in Conjunction with Architectural Drawings which informs the builder how the structure is to be built. They are also required by Building Control authorities for them to offer builder approval.
Structural Calculations
These are calculations that show that the structural elements that are included in the design/structural drawings are adequate and are not over or under designed. They are also required by building control authorities for them to issue building approval notices.
Architectural Services
Although were are primarily structural engineers, we are able to carry out permitted development projects such as Extensions and Loft Conversion.
