Very efficient with my quote, the boys arrived on time and did the work required with no fuss or dramas. Would definately use them again!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Seemed nice when he came to give a quote and lay my patio. Unfortunately he made excuses to do the work whilst we werent around and then sent photos from strategic angles to make the work took completed. He left the garden a mess, had clearly mixed cement on our grass ruining part of the grass. He also left large mounds of dirt and cement against the edge of the patio which is raised from ground level. I paid him mainly due to my inexperience working with builders/landscapers and trying to avoid confrontation. At the time Ithought he had just left the garden a mess and we could tidy it up but when I removed the large ugly mounds of dirt at the side of the patio the edge slabs have now started to fall away. He has used minimal cement to connect the edge slabs to the patio and also these haven't even been dig into the ground which is why he had to leave big mounds of dirt and cement next to it to hold it up. I text Nikki about this and he said he was very sorry and would come and have a look at the patio but then never showed up. I text him again with a photo of the patio but he hasn't replied. Left job unfinished. Phoned me to say it was finished and asked for money to be transferred. I was nervous about doing so as hadn’t seen the work, but he reassured me saying he would send photos as proof. I stupidly transferred and when got home realised they had left the job unfinished. He sent me photos of the good finished bits only. Have had to get another fence company to finish the fence and gate. Coat a fortune as they had to dig up fence posts. Also some of the fence posts weren’t even cemented in. They obviously couldn’t be bothered to finish the job so just left and phoned me to say it was done. Nikki has ignored my calls and messages. Absolute cowboys. Avoid. Shame as he seemed a nice guy when giving the quote. Why can’t you just do the job you said you would do instead of being sneaky and trick people. More...
