When you join circuit class thinking a 'Russian Twist' sounds more like a cocktail than any kind of exercise, it doesn't fill you with confidence! However, 5 months down the line I'm really enjoying the sessions. Andy and Daunte support you with everything from tecnique to motivation, and they've accomodated for all abilities in every session.
