Needed a garage lock, was quoted a price over the phone from Paul.. great communication and the fitting was extremely difficult to fit because of the bevelled garage door. However, Nick went out of his way to fit a lock that I had specifically asked for, took a good few hours because it wasn't an easy job.. and still kept to the original price I was quoted over the telephone which was brilliant. Overall I'm very happy with my secure garage door.. Nick was tidy.. extremely thorough, even had a card machine so didn't have to find cash for the job. I needed a replacement mortise lock and made the error of going to the huge shed store that we all immediately run to in these situations. You know the one... the one where there's nobody knowledgeable to advise you on anything. Sure enough my purchases there were an absolute waste of money. So I tried a local locksmith. This man is an expert and has knowledge and experience to solve your lock issues. Immediately he explaind I needed a lock with imperial measurement's, not metric that would be found in the big shed stores. Having visited a Kawasaki motorcycle main dealer and the local Timpsons to get a chipped transponder key, neither of whom were able to help, I googled searched and discovered these guys. Within five minutes of arriving at the shop my key had been investigated and it was confirmed they had the technology to clone a duplicate key for me. Due to the key being for a motorcycle it wasn't a standard stock key blank that was in stock. No problem for these guys, a quick visit to the back of the shop store room and selection of keys where bought out and a suitable blank was found.
