A faulty survey led to a serious error during the installation of my cavity wall insulation. I have yet to receive a certificate, despite asking repeatedly. I did receive a reduction in the bill to compensate for damage caused, but regret having given this company 'the benefit of the doubt' after reading other negative reviews. More...

Great team and good service and very helpful!

My experience with Advanced eco ltd is not a good one. They were sent by another company to install cavity wall insulation. The came and did the work in November 2019 and at first all looked well. I have paid on in full on demand for the job done. I also, asked for a receipt of payment and a certificate. I have made several phone calls, text messages, and emails regarding my receipt of payment and certificate. I was told that the receipt was sent, I still haven't receive any receipt.

Later, I discovered that three hole were left unfilled at high level. I made a video of the holes and sent it to the company. I got no reply. I called, no one answered my call. At one point the phone picked up and immediately hang up in order to stop the ringing. It is now the end of May and I am still waiting for my receipt and certificate. Also, I would like those holes to be filled.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. This is not the way to treat their customers. I am asking for what I am entitled to.

Home Insulation

Requested a quote from this company for cavity wall insulation, they stated that they sent a technician and that my house wasn't suitable as it had solid walls, there was no sign they even attended. . They never drilled to check, I got a second opinion from a different company who actually attended and drilled the wall, guess what.. it was a cavity wall and was suitable for insulating.. I hired the second company... If you are thinking of using this company I would strongly suggest getting other quotes as well... NOT RECOMMENDED More...

We work closely with some of the industries leading funding providers and material manufacturers to ensure that we deliver high-quality installations using the best products available in the market. What are the different obligations under(ECO3)2018?
As of 1 October 2018, ECO3 will consist of two separate obligations:

1. In ECO3, suppliers must achieve at least 15% of their total HHCRO by delivering measures to domestic premises in rural areas (the rural sub obligation). This means that, unlike current rural delivery, rural delivery under ECO3 will have to meet the household eligibility criteria. Suppliers are obliged to reduce carbon emissions by promoting the installation of wall and roof insulation. Other insulation measures can also be installed, as long as they meet certain conditions.

2. Home Heating Cost Reduction Obligation (HHCRO). Full grant depend on occupier’s circumstances such as benefits received, household’s total earning, number of children living at the property, age of the children and many other factors. All funds are provided by the major energy companies under the (ECO) Energy Companies obligation scheme. If you qualify, we can arrange home assessment free of cost.

If you are interested in any of the energy efficiency measure, please fill up the online form and we will contact you with 36 working hours to arrange a free no obligation assessment.
What warranties should I expect?
All installer Registered Companies must offer you a workmanship warranty. This workmanship warranty covers work done by Registered Technicians. The warranty protects you in the situation when work is found not to comply with regulations and the contractor is no longer in business to do the necessary remedial work. We are approved certified installed and all work comes with warranties.

To keep all of pour employees and customers safe whilst interacting with them, each staff member must wear PPE at all times and keep themselves sanitised to decrease the risk of spreading Covid-19.

Services

If your home has cavity walls that aren’t currently insulated, it is very easy for heat to escape from your house. This leads to a colder temperature indoors and the increased need to use your heating. We all know what that means…

Yes, this can result in a much larger heating bill than you would be paying if your home had the appropriate insulation, and added discomfort in the colder months as you wait longer for your property to warm up. Cavity wall insulation is an effective way to increase the energy efficiency of your house, as it makes it harder for heat to escape through the walls.

You spend both time and money on heating your home – the last thing you want to do is let that heat escape from your roof. Luckily for you, effective loft insulation limits the amount of heat that can take flight, keeping your house warmer and ensuring no waste in money.

Heat rises naturally, meaning any warm air in your house will immediately make its way up into your loft and out through the ceiling – if there’s nothing in place to stop it. Did you know that this wasted heat could cost you hundreds of pounds a year? If your loft is well insulated, your house will retain much more heat, and will stay warm even in the winter months.

If you have a loft conversion that was carried out more than 30 years ago, or you’re the owner of an older property that was originally built with a loft/attic room, you probably have a loft that’s insulated poorly by modern standards – or uninsulated entirely!

This results in many ‘older’ loft rooms being very cold and almost impossible to heat to a suitable temperature, leaving them not fit for living in. Why would you want to have all that additional space in your home, if you cannot comfortably use it?

Internal wall insulation is a fantastic choice for homeowners with properties that were built before the 20th century, as these properties most likely have solid walls. If this is the case, cavity wall insulation may not be the answer for your home as there’s no space for the cavity wall insulation to go…. That’s where internal wall insulation comes in!

A viable and effective option, good quality internal wall insulation can limit the amount of heat that is lost by up to 50%, meaning lower heating bills for your household. There are a variety of methods of installation, with the most common being building a new stud wall to which the insulation can be added.

External wall insulation involves adding an extra layer of wall and insulation to the outside of your home, and is a great option for those who don’t want to lose any indoor space through internal wall insulation. If this sounds like something that you’re after, rest assured that you’ll still have the opportunity to retain heat and enjoy lower energy bills.

If that’s not enough, external wall insulation also helps to improve your home’s weatherproofing and sound resistance, as well as reducing condensation on the internal walls. It serves more than one purpose and is a great choice to make when thinking of ways to improve your home.
