Mike came for a half a day, collected the deposit and then his car broke down. On day 4 he stopped replying. That was over 6 weeks ago.
Now going to the small claims court.

Advance building contractors got back to me within a few minutes of me posting my job on Bark . Very friendly guy. He gave me an estimated time of arrival to come and assess the job. He was slightly delayed , but he called to inform me. He arrived and was able to assess and do the jod there and then. He took photos of the before and after to show me. A job well done.
