Had extreme leak in roof causing rain to pour into upstairs bedroom and then down into kitchen. Rang Tyrone but to be honest I didn't expect him to answer with it being a bank holiday. Thankfully he did and came out very next morning and fixed it the same day. Very polite and helpful and great explanation of what was the problem as well as taking photos of roof for us to see for ourselves.
