I will never use this company to do this burglar alarm and this person takes to long with the burglar keep messing around chatting not getting the work done and asking us that it don't and time waster

We have absolutely no idea who this person is. We have not done any work for anyone with the name Jennifer in the last 6 months. We have never had any work through Bark so it must be another company.

After a terrible experience with another alarm company, who left us with a sub standard system and inadequate batteries in our sensors, Graham came to our rescue. The bell box started to sound for no reason along with a host of other problems and after the original company refused to help Graham was more than helpful. We wish we had him supply and fit the system in the first place! He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, clean explained everything in a way that was understandable. He supplied and fitted new bell boxes, hard wired to the mains, reprogrammed the old system and changed all the batteries. We were broken into at the rear of our house, Advance put an easy to use alarm in for us with 2 boxes fully illuminated and 2 blue flashing lights, very easy to see at night. We feel much safer now that the criminals can see we are protected. Great work guys More...

We had a low battery sign showing on our burglar alarm. Omg it kept ringing throughout the night - what a nightmare. Got a quote from Advance Alarms and Graham instantly provided a quote over email. 5 star service, do not waste your time finding someone else
I cannot recommend Graham highly enough.
After dealing with a few other companies around the blaby area, I finally called advance alarms.
Previously I had one company arrange to come to the house and didn't turn up. (Birstall)
Another company arranged a time to come around. First of all came late then had a look around and guess didn't think it was worth the time so didn't even give me a quote. (Stoney Stanton)
Graham was prompt coming to the quotation and the fitting.
Fitted the extra sensors in a nice and tidy manner and left the rooms in a better state then he came.
The final thing that will impress me is that he is honest. When you do this kind of work to your house you always doubt who you are inviting into the house. When it came to payment I overpaid by a considerable amount, as I thought it was a different amount to what it was. Instead of pocketing it he checked what he quoted me and gave it me back.

02:30 Sunday morning, alarm goes off - odd, we hadn't set it. Continues intermittently and continuously for over two hours. Finally shuts up 04:50. During this period investigate potential issues, cures and repairers - actually ring 3 '24 hour' services - no joy - but notice this company open at 07:00. Rang at 07.01. Call answered courteously and professionally. Pertinent information gathered, cost estimate given. Graham came round at 08:00. Explained everything perfectly. Knackered battery, not serviced for 13 years (my bad), very old sounder (as expected). Battery replaced, sounder replaced, system serviced. All in just over an hour. Cannot praise him highly enough. Looked around at various alarm companies and called Advance Alarms to repair my existing system (fitted by another company a long time ago) and install an upgrade as well. Came out on a Saturday and the installer, Graham, was very nice and polite, even took shoes off when working in the house so that carpets would not get dirty. Workmanship was also first class.
