Boiler instal fine was given 365 cover free for one year and clearly states Boiler service but will not do it. Contact 3 times and just making it up as they go along.

What do you love most about your job?
Making customers happy so they tell everyone how good we are. We have repeat customers who trust what we say and do and that is why they always call us first.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We were fed up of being let down by various contractors and decided to start up and run our business the way our we and our customers wanted to be looked after. We dont want to compared to the "didnt turn up" contractor and so once we make the appointment to meet a customer we stick to it.

Being prompt, courteous, mindful of being in someone elses property and knowledgeable are just a few of the things you need to work for ADS. We pride ourselves on our ability and simply need to show new customers what we can do. As stated above once we make the appointment we actually turn up.!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow all government guidelines and get regular updates from our health and safety advisor which are then passed down to our engineers. All engineers carry appropriate PPE in their vans.
