Yes, there's an option for a fully remote coaching approach. You will receive your custom-made training plan and custom-made diet to fit your current lifestyle. Everything is done by myself and we will also track your progress, obstacles, and your overall feelings through weekly 1:1 zoom calls. You will also have my personal phone number so i can keep you accountable and on the right path to achieve your goal.

Coaching is all about making sure you're going in the right direction towards the goal you set up. All you need is a good strategy and consistency to get there.

We will go through an initial consultation to find out what is the goal and how you're gonna get there. I will make you a tailored training & diet plan. Everything is going to be accessible to you anytime you want. I will monitor your progress through MyPTHub online coaching software and make adjustments along the way to help you stay on track. We'll schedule bi-weekly or weekly catch-up calls so we can talk about your workout, nutrition, and your state of mind. You will also get my personal phone number so you can get my full support and accountability checks.
