I wanted to be able to make a difference in people's lives on a deeper level, and starting my own business to do this was the only option that made sense. As it's my own business, I can choose exactly the types of massage I want to give and make the entire massage more personal and customised to the individual receiving it. Therefore I'm able to give my best work whilst being able to choose my hours and ensure that I'm not overworked as this can affect the quality of the massage being given which is not something I would ever want to do.

My approach is different to most other therapists, not to say that they are necessarily bad options outside of myself however from my own experience, most massages are the same and barely scratch the surface of what a true deep massage can do to the body and mind. I focus on releasing tension throughout the body using deep, concentrated touch which has a variety of positive effects on the mind and body. It's not something that can be explained too well, really it needs to be experienced to understand its effects. I have received some incredible reviews which can be found on my website or Google which further solidifies why my massages are different to most.

At the moment, I only provide my services in your place, this could be your private home or a hotel room if you're just visiting the area in which I accommodate. Feel free to get in touch if you're unsure about which areas I cover.

I haven't had to make any changes as health and safety has always been a priority to me. Before and after each massage I wipe down my table using Clinell antibacterial wipes which are the same ones used in hospitals. During COVID a mask would be used however, as masks are not needed anymore I do not personally use one during the massage however if the individual receiving chooses to wear one that is their choice.
