After working for a decade for some of London's premier event companies and venues, we decided it was time to go it alone in 2014. We felt that events business was dying to become more personal and bespoke, but the traditional corporate constraints made it difficult to achieve the results we felt our clients deserved.

Working with Zibusiso from Adapt Events was brilliant. I got in touch with him as I wanted to arrange a cocktail party for 55 guests for my wife’s 50th birthday.
From the moment the initial quote was sent through to him, to them turning up on the night, everything was really well organised.
He helped recommend some cocktails for the evening, of which we selected 4, provided measurements of ingredients we needed for the cocktails and the number of guests we had coming. He even calculated how much ice we needed to buy in advance.
On the night of the event Zibusiso turned up with his colleague Jonny earlier than planned to set up and got everything in order ready for when guests arrived.
I initially thought they would prepare some of the cocktail ingredients in advance, but they actually made the cocktails fresh for each guest. This didn’t slow down the speed of service as everyone always had a cocktail in hand and was loving their service. They even managed to make up some other cocktails with the ingredients they had which was brilliant.
The biggest worry I had about hosting a cocktail party at home was the mess that would be left behind or created on the night. I needn’t have been worried. On the night we had a few broken glasses but these were cleared up promptly by them and we could carry on enjoying the evening. When it came to finishing up they had washed lots of the glasses up and even stacked the dishwasher.
The comments we had from friends and family about them were all positive and many have even mention about getting their details for future parties.
If I was going to do another party at home I will be reaching straight out to contact Zibusiso at Adapt Events.
Thanks once again to Zibusiso and Jonny for helping to provide and amazing evening for my wife to enjoy her 50th birthday.

We are extremely clean and our team are regularly tested.
Cold Buffet
Dishes that can be served cold and do not require a hot kitchen.
Finger Food Buffet
It cinsists of food which may be picked up with the fingers (finger food), such as small (finger) sandwiches, tarts & cocktail sticks.
Afternoon Tea
Afternoon Tea is a meal composed of sandwiches (usually cut delicately into 'fingers'), scones with clotted cream and jam, sweet pastries and cakes.

Hot Buffet
Our hot buffet menu is a popular choice for wedding's, corporate meetings and private party's. Each dish is delivered hot and ready to serve, we provide the meals in personal containers but we also offer the option to have this menu served by staff from hot plates.
