We looked at 12 kitchen companies (high street names, builder brands, niche kitchen suppliers & German kitchen brands) to help design, supply & fit a new large kitchen. We chose Kütchenhaus as they had a fabulous showroom, great kitchen choices from Nobilia, excellent design ideas that were rapidly turned around, non pushy sales approach, very experienced designer, no never ending sales gimmick offers, used a consistent installer vs random subcontractor, could help with all the extra works we needed, offered interest free options, offered a final completion payment & ultimately gave us the most flexible package. Compared to the other 11 companies, Kütchenhaus were in the middle price point of the high & low end quotes we received but delivered a high end kitchen of superb quality. Other kitchen suppliers we evaluated were not flexible in payment terms, couldn’t offer a proven fitter, were pushy & sometimes rude, lacked experience in design & installation, would NOT share designs which is crazy spending this much money, couldn’t offer a complete package & didn’t fully listen to our requirements. Kütchenhaus in Farnborough exceeded all our expectations being totally helpful & flexible throughout the entire process delivering an incredible dream kitchen. We would have no hesitation recommending Peter & Parita at Kütchenhaus Farnborough & their dedicated installer Ady who was the best contractor we have ever had at our house. Having had many previous bad experiences with other random sub contractors this was a breath of fresh air & a reminder that there are good guys still out there. It is very evident when you deal with this team that they have decades of experience between them. Any minor issues we had were dealt with effectively & efficiently with excellent communications.
