I've been singing the high praises of Sarah since I visited her a few weeks ago. In an effort to become more balanced, healthier and aware in 2016 -- I booked a consult with Sarah, as she treats in the practice of the five elements. 'Five Elements' is a style of Acupuncture grounded in an ancient Chinese philosophy, which is based on the dynamic movement of energy seen in nature. I was very pleased to be seeing someone with a holistic approach (as opposed to a more functional kind of acupuncture seen by physios, etc). First, Sarah is a joy. Truly wise, calm, professional and trustworthy. Her style is more about you as a whole person and not just getting you on the table and sticking in pins in a few places (I've had this experience in the past). She speaks to you fully before a session begins and then assesses what will best nourish your energy. Nourish my energy -- I've never had anyone worry about nourishing my energy! I can tell you, you want Sarah to be this person for you. I visit her at the Barbican location (193 Whitecross Clinic). I've had now 3 visits to Sarah and I plan to keep going regularly. I leave each time feeling lighter. I trust her intuition, expertise... and to stick me with the needles! Highly recommended if you are looking for an excellent practitioner that will take her time with you, treat your whole person and really address blocks to your energy. I have attended quite a few acupuncture sessions over the past two years and the results have been amazing. Usually after each session I feel lighter, calmer, more grounded, more energised and on occasion, reborn. I highly recommend these sessions.
