I thought I would leave it a week or so to leave a review, On meeting Dean (owner) and James (employee) it quickly became clear they are very friendly and helpful with any queries you may have, I have known a few larger commercial gyms employees to not even give you a smile let alone give you the time of day. Having been a member of a large gym for a while and not being able to train until late at night due to the amount of members it has been excellent being able to turn up and do my training with out having to wait to use equipment. It is great being able to train with out people gobbing off or taking up equipment whilst on there phones on social media sites. The gym is very clean and tidy ( No weights left scattered about the place), The changing rooms and showers are also very clean. All in all a great friendly gym with top customer service and that makes it a very enjoyable place to train. More...

I've been a member of the 2 fitness centers Dean has run on this site over the years. This newer one is much better with reasonable gym and studio facilities. Staff are great, classes thru the week and a much better feel to it than the big gyms you can join. Happy to be long term member, especially when I'm welcomed warmly after missing a few weeks. Dean and the Team go the extra mile to help out and seem to really care about the members. Fantastic place to go and train, never have to wait for equipment, good atmosphere and friendly to all whether power lifting, body building or just trying to shed a few pounds. A fantastic gym.The place is always spotless. Everything works. A huge selection of weights, machines and equipment. The big seller for me is the movement space - an array of pullup bars, rings, a punching bag, and lots of space to do all sorts of things makes this gym suitable for anyone. I have been a part of the gym there since 2013. Dean and the other trainers there have been absolutely fantastic and created a wonderful atmosphere to reach your fitness goals. Im very sad to be leaving.

Great interaction from the instructors when they are on site.. Loads of equipment always looks and smells lovely and clean Love being able to walk in and out at leasure and the shower / steam room facilities.
