Active-Remedy

I have been looking for a physio to help with pain for about three years. A friend recommended Helena and I'm so glad she did. Helena is very qualified and her knowedge is amazing, she takes her time to explain everything and has helped relieve the pain I have immensely. It is a long road for me, but I'm happy to have Helena to guide me and ease the pain along the way. I cannot recommend Active-Remedy enough. More...

Fantastic, would highly recommend Helena
Initially went to see her for shoulder injury but her amazing knowledge of the body and posture not only sorted shoulder pain out but relieved me from many years of back and neck pain and spasms.
I now have vastly improved mobility and I’ve been pain free for 3 weeks
