My friend introduced me to AFN and Craig last year and I'm super chuffed she did! The outdoor bootcamps are great fun, so much so you do not even realise how effective they are for building your strength and fitness. Craig is very supportive and knows his stuff, making sure you always get the best from your workout. For the last 8 years I’ve been a dedicated gym attendee and spin class addict. Since lockdown forced me to consider the alternative I’ve been hooked! Never in a million years would I have believed I’d be doing my workouts outside, in all weathers, and LOVING IT! Craig and Stu use their knowledge and enthusiasm to create sessions which challenge all abilities, different each time, and promote hard work through encouragement and friendly banter. Using our app, you will be given a bespoke personal training plan to follow at your gym or home.
Once a month we will have a 30 minute video catch up.
Hybrid Personal Training
Once a week 60 minute personal training session at my gym space in Old Catton and the 2 or more sessions a week programmed in our members application for you. The programme is written to help achieve your goals and not a one size fits all.
