Trevor and Colin restored the bath stone front of our property, including rendering and painting, in Spring 2019. We have used Trevor and Colin for 6 years to help with maintainence on our properties. Recently they have restored the front of our Victorian terrace, taking back the paint and bringing it back to Bath stone. The result has been amazing! I cannot recommend ACT masonary highly enough. The quality of the work is very good. Work was completed over Christmas and arranged to fit in with other work being done on the house. They always kept us up-to-date with progress and were mindful of our neighbours. 5 stars, would give 10 if it was possible. Very reliable, hard working. Very impressed with results. Trevor and Colin went the extra mile coming back to repair damage done when windows were fitted, and allowed us extra time with the scaffolding up so we could sort guttering. ACT Masonry provided a competitive quote for restoring and repairing the stonework on the front of my house. My neighbours decided to have the same work done on their house so both were worked on together. One of the things that impressed me was that Trevor and Colin gave a start date, several weeks ahead, and actually started on the scheduled day. They arrived punctually every morning and cleared up thoroughly before they left in the afternoon. They are a pleasure to have around and always kept us informed of any days when they were not going to be there. And the work finished exactly when they said it would and that was despite having a couple of days off due to snow and ice. The end result was so good that other near neighbours have asked them to work on their properties. It is obvious that Trevor and Colin know their trade and, more importantly, take pride in doing the best possible job. More...
