Just stay away from this gardening service. I hired them on 7th Oct 2022 for my garden maintenance and they turned up with a large crew of 5 people led by Mark. They came late afternoon and didn't finish the job and suggested they would come later and finish the job. Later in the evening they sent me an invoice for pre-agreed amount that included one off maintenance and 2 months maintenance. During their work they broke a double glazed glass window in my conservatory. They never got it repaired and they never turned up again to finish the job. Mark is not even responding to my phone calls and WhatsApp messages. I have never seen such an unprofessional guy in my life before. They are simply fraudsters and cheated me of my hard earned money More...

TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL - RECOMMEND STAY WELL CLEAR.
I arranged to engage this firm over the phone with Mark on 10 October at an agreed price. When they turned up an hour late I walked the crew chief (Mark) around the various jobs to ensure a complete understanding. He considered the job larger than anticipated and sought to renegotiate the agreed price. This was reasonable enough, as the price had only been agreed over the phone. But rather than increasing the price, I agreed to scale down the original job by excluding a substantial element, but for the originally agreed price.
This was agreed and they set to work. Less than an hour later Mark came to tell me that they needed to get more petrol for their machines and off they went, leaving all the branch, shrubbery and grass clippings on the ground where they had fallen.
Half an hour later I tried to telephone Mark to see what was happening but received no answer so I left a voice message. They had still not returned to site by 6.00pm so I telephoned Mark again and still received no answer. Again I left a voice message requesting the courtesy of a reply to let me know what had transpired.
At 8.50pm, having had no contact from Mark, I emailed the "boss" (I assumed) a James Delaney asking him for an explanation. No response has been received.
In over 40 years of engaging contractors I have never come across such outrageous and discourteous service. To "walk off" a job only partially completed, leaving all their rubbish behind, without so much as a bye or leave is unheard of in my experience.
