I called Andrew as I had a big leak so wanted to have the roof looked at, as I could see a roof tile out of place at the front of the house. He responded quickly and came out to me just after an hour. He managed to put the tile back in place to stop the leak and took a video detailing what he did and could see. Acre roofing did a great job on our roof in August, and are very reliable and really good at communicating. We needed replacement gutters, soffits and fascias due to rotten wood caused by terrible drainage. The batons going into the rooof were rotten as well so those had to be replaced too- it was a big job! At every step, Andrew made sure to explain what we needed, took videos and even inspired me to go half way up the ladder so he could show us what was going on and the work in progress. He also uncovered an ancient mummified rat carcass, an old wasps nests, birds nests and bird skeletons. What can I say? Our roof was very neglected until now! Andrew and his team worked hard to finish the job and communicated well throughout. All the costs were agreed before the jobs were done and there was nothing added on afterwards unexpectedly.
