Ace pro roofing

Please be cautious if you are approached by this business with a quote. Ace Pro Roofing was not transparent during its costing/quoting process and about the nature of the work which may be required. The business attempted to significantly elevate the quoted costs on the day of the work - without any reasonable justification or explanation. I also did not feel particularly confident that the business conducted the roofing work with the appropriate level of knowledge, care, skill and expertise.

Patrick cold called about a slipped ridge tile. I agreed as it was a good price but then he convinced me to have the rest pointed. ..all they have done is put a bit of cement over the existing, not sealed it and it looks quite un tidy for a decent amount of money too! he then badgered me until I paid and when I've asked about coming back to seal he's ghosted me...I have two small children and feel he's taken advantage. would not recommend. Well presented company. Punctuation with timing was superb, came the time he said for a quote. We spoke a while discussed the job that needed doing. Told the director of company would get back within the next 2 days. Called that night was booked in for the following Monday, scaffolding was erected over the weekend prior. diabolical, we had to stop him halfway into the job before he caused more damage, give this company a wide berth, would never recommend them.
