Well what can I say, my son, Blake, had his 6th Birthday Party yesterday and it was AMAZING! My son had the most awesome time and I received lots of messages from parents afterwards saying their children had the best time EVER! Jack and Tom, who ran the party, were utterly brilliant. They kept the children engaged and motivated throughout and made the effort to learn their names quickly so they could connect with children as individuals. For me though, the best part was the invite to have a go ourselves. Of course I accepted and realised it was a lot harder than I thought. My son (age 6) loves going to Mini Marines in the school holidays, he has the best time. It’s very varied and not all about guns and commando crawling! Yesterday they had a tactical Easter egg hunt (a map of where the eggs were located & they worked in small groups to find them). They do bushcraft and build dens and campfires and toast marshmallows. We had a mini marine party held this weekend for my sons 10th birthday. In his words ‘best party ever’ .. throughout the whole booking process and the lead up to the party Mini Marines have been very helpful and quick to respond to messages. At the party, they were very attentive to all children, and were extremely diligent of the smaller children, giving them an extra hand when needed. Every child (all 24 of them), went home buzzing. As did the parents, who also got to have a go! I have received nothing but positive messages from the parents about how much their child enjoyed the party. Holiday clubs are brilliant ! My son has learnt loads like first aid, basic life support and he’s enjoyed target shooting and scrambling under nets and lots more. .. there’s lots of respect for the MM Guys looking after them. My son had a Mini Marines party for his 6th birthday today and had the best time! All his friends had an absolute blast and the parents enjoyed a run on the inflatable too! They guys running the party did a brilliant job and completely made it a stress free party! Mini Marines took care of everything the invites, food and the cake. Corporate gyms always made me uneasy, walking in feeling massively uncomfortable and abit nervous to attempt fitness. Ace Commando Fitness is on a totally different scale from that. The team made me feel so welcome and showed me how to use everything. Josh gave me some great advice on how to achieve my goals and encouraged me every step of the way, he's also taught me exactly what I should be eating with some great meal plans to follow. It was my 5 year old son’s first taster of Mini Marines today at the inflatable day at Cashes Green School, Stroud. Thank you to all the team there. My 5 year old Oscar has had, ‘the best week ever!’ I anticipated him enjoying it but I hadn’t expected him to grow so much in confidence and maturity in the space of just one week. He has raved about the activities, the friends he has made and most of all the instructors. All the team were so welcoming, sensitive and good fun as well as diligent. Having seen some shocking signing in and out processes in other camps I was very impressed with how carefully managed the process was at Mini Marines and it gave me instant confidence.
