Having tried several accountants we came across Accountant Direct and thought we would give them a try and have now been with them several years. All the staff are friendly and efficient and most importantly everything is explained in easy to understand language! I signed up for accountancy services with Accountants Direct more then two years ago to look after all of my accounts. Although I am based in London and AC are in Essex, I knew they were the right firm for me from the very first phone call. David, Ben and all the team provide such a warm, friendly and kind service. They are so customer focused. They take all the stress out of dealing with financial matters allowing me to get on with my creative projects with the awareness that they are always on hand to provide advice, remind me if key dates in the financial calendar and update be with Financial information that is relevant to me at any given time. Even when I have had a particularly busy time and then slow to deliver my expenses, they totally hurt my back and didn’t make me feel overwhelmed or stressed even though we had to work to a tight timeline. Worst company I have ever dealt with.Say they have completed work turns put they never started it. Legal action going to be needed to get my money back as the won't refund me any money also won't return any of our property to pass to new accountants even though they have been paid for work they did not complete. 1 star to much but could not put 0.After reading the below comments from the owner thought i should edit the review.slanderous is a comment or statment that is not true everything i have put above is the truth.You said work was completed it is not You won't give a refund is this correct?You said you won't sent my property back until work is completed is this correct?
