I love my job because it enables me building relationships with clients to help them meet their objectives. It also provides me with interesting, challenging work and being able to implement process-improvement ideas.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for Accountancy Practices, I noticed that there was a great need of relationship management between clients and the firms. Many of the clients were just customers of the business who I saw did not receive the personalised services they deserved. I believe most of the new business owners must have a close contact with their accountants in the early stages to set themselves on the right track to achieve success in their business plans and this is what I mainly focus on and love to see my clients flourishing over time.
