What do you love most about your job?
I have worked with people my whole career, in a management environment as well as within a counselling role, I really enjoy seeing people develop and grow.
I also volunteer with the Samaritans as a listener, which although at times is difficult, it is very rewarding to know you have helped.
What inspired you to start your own business?
While we all need to 'pay the bills' I truly believe that finding a job you love, that will still allow you to do this, is so important. Working for myself allows me to chose the work I do, as well as allowing me time to focus on my own well being and development too.
Why should our clients choose you?
I understand how powerful it is to have someone listen to you, and aim to provide a non-judgemental environment for you to talk, supporting you to find your way through the problems that life deals you.

While I really enjoy meeting people face to face, and have a private therapy room at home, I am also very familiar with working with clients online and via the phone.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Most of my work went online during Covid, so I am now very experienced at online delivery.
