Acacia Tree Care we're brilliant,! They came out, gave me a great advice about what to do with a large tree in my back garden and gave 2 quotes so I could decide what I could do within my budget. Quick to respond and was able to fit me in sooner because of a cancellation.
They came early, worked quickly and tidied up afterwards. Would highly recommend.

Worked well though they had a problem with a vehicle of theirs.

Wanted the removal and stump grind of a nuisance cherry tree around 12m high.
Arrived very quickly to survey and gave a quote straight away, the quote was the least expensive of 3 by quite some margin! Fortuitously the team of 4 guys were able to come and start work the same afternoon.
Team of 4 guys arrived, very friendly and informative, got to work straight away and had the tree down quickly with no fuss, the stump was ground down and all the wood/leafs/branches shredded into the back of a small truck and larger pieces of trunk removed. Acacia was quick to respond to my inquiry. They came the next day, I explained that I wanted the dead trees, stumps, shrubs to be cleared. They clearly understood the job., and gave me a reasonable quote, which we mutually agreed. I asked if they could start the work immediately. After a quick call to their office, and a go-head, a team of three, started the work. Hello, just wanted to take time to review this company . They came and quoted and were extremely knowledgeable about what needed doing . Unlike other companies that came they didn't pressure me into having the work carried out . They were actually booked up in advance which is always reassuring as a good service is worth waiting for .
The day of the works the team turned up on time as promised , the got set up and got to work efficiently.
The team worked well together and my trees/garden looked fantastic at the end .
I have recommended them to friends already and would recommend to anyone else.
