I approached Ed as I was wanted to work with a coach to identify the next phase in my career and zone in on where I was most passionate about. I also wanted to start to think about further down the line and explore options. Our six-session coaching journey over a period of 3 or 4 months really helped me to take a step back and explore where I was and where I wanted to be, assess my strengths and weaknesses and the skills I have and needed to develop. I now have a plan to move forward with. Furthermore, we identified together various developmental and mindset areas that I hadn't foreseen previously.
