I like to keep things simple, I can offer you 1:1 PT sessions out of a private studio in Camberley or, if you prefer, we can train at your home or in an outdoor location such as a park.
For beginners or novice exercisers I can also provide a 6-session ‘Intro to Exercise’ course where I will teach you HOW to train, after that you can either continue on your own or move onto bespoke PT sessions.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I’m very black and white, you can’t hire me and expect me to wave a magic wand, I will show you what you need to do to make your training work and it is up to you to do the work. If you are over- or under training then I will guide and advise you to make sure you remain on track.

Setting realistic interim goals, monitoring your performance and reacting to the numbers and being consistent with your training and nutrition.

See people achieve what they didn’t believe was possible. Be it weight based- or performance based goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love seeing people progress and achieve new things. This is the perfect job for that.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Minimum 2mtr social distance, options for training outside, all equipment wiped clean after each use.
Personal Training
1:1 training sessions, this can either be in a local gym, park or at your place.
Online Programming
If you’re a bit more experienced and are able to train on your own but just require a plan to follow I can do you a plan on a month to month basis with 3-5 training session per week depending on your goals.
Introduction to Exercise
6 sessions introducing you in how to exercise safely - essentially teaching you how to become your own PT - after the sessions are over you will be equips with the knowledge to continue on your own or if you would then like to progress onto one of my other offerings then you are welcome to do so too
