James came to my home to carry out repairs on my kitchen tap as discussed. He seemed very pleasant and nice. He told me that he changed the part on my problematic kitchen tap. I paid him, we even discussed other works. Sadly within a month the said tap started malfunctioning again. I sent messages to James, no response, i called James he responded apologised said he will come to repair the tap. For weeks / months nice James kept on giving me the runaround, todate he refused to respond or show up. I have had to get someone else in to carry out the work. I discovered that he exchanged my tap with a broken and much older tap. It has cost me twice as much because i used his service. James was in my view a charlatan, there was no need to defraud me. This is a complete lie. I didn't change your tap at all. Don't be fooled, as you can see from previous reviews etc this isn't an accurate representation of my work. Extremely frustrating.

James tried and did his best to sort out the problem. I still have 3 months warranty to review his work but I wud highly recommend James for any plumbing issues as he is also cost effective
