At first I was very impressed as I was told that they will come and have a look at the leak the next day and will give a quote for free. However, I then received a message later on that they have looked at the property on google maps and the cost will be more than a grand. They haven't even seen the leak to know. When I called them back to clarify that they haven't seen the leak yet, the gentleman was quite rude over the phone and quite happy for me to say that I am not interested anymore if they are going to give me a quote from looking at google maps.
