Absolute Pet Care have been great for puppy visits while I’m at work. Michelle came round to meet us before and find out what we need, very professional but also very friendly! Michelle was absolutely amazing with my Pekingese. He responded so well to her and loved every outing they went on. She was so sensitive to his needs and personality. As far as I know, he coped really well being at home until she came to visit him, not a single complaint from the neighbours about him missing me or whining during the day! This is truly a fantastic pet sitting service. Not only were my animals given the best care, they were clearly loved too. Their routine was unchanged despite my absence, so they were also able to enjoy a stress free break - hugely important to any animal owner . Our bins were taken care of, flowers/plants inside & out were watered, even our resident birds & hedgehog were fed! Our post was thoughtfully sorted and everything was cleaned - the litter tray, cage, bowls etc. You wouldn’t even know anyone had been to the house and our kitchen was cleaner than we had left it! On top of all the above, each day we received fantastic photos on WhatsApp app, with little quotes on what my pets were up to. It gave me great comfort that the animals were happy & the house was safe, whilst we were away. It also gave me a daily chuckle seeing the pics, which was an extremely thoughtful extra on what is already a great service. Absolute petcare is not only at the top end of professionalism, Michelle is very friendly, approachable and you can see immediately that she really does care for each and every animal.
