Where shall I start, after trying for years to loose weight and getting to nearly 20st, I started to train with Abs.
The training is hard and she definitely pushes you to your limits, but what’s the point of training if your not going to do that?
I’ve now been training with her for about 5 months a couple of days per week, my fitness has improved far beyond what I thought was possible and I’ve lost 4st. But I’ve lost it properly, maintaining is easy from here.
I now enjoy training and look forward to seeing what Abs has in store for me.

Abs is a great personal trainer who is very personable and really puts you at ease when you are exercising.
She caters the sessions to your goals and gets the most out of you - you def feel it the next day after the session.
Haven taken part in her classes for over a year, I started some 1 on 1 training with Abs and have seen such great results in my fitness.

After the carnage of lockdown and losing my dad last January it was time to sort myself out! I hadn’t run for years and didn’t think I ever would again. Within a couple of months of working with Abs I was running again and have run a couple of 10ks. I have lost over a stone in weight but more importantly I feel stronger and happier than ever. Abs is a little pocket rocket the most positive person I’ve ever met. When I turn up feeling rubbish she’s there with her funny stories and her encouragement to make even this old girl feel good about herself. She’s so encouraging and full of advice. The shift in my mental health this year has been incredible. I never thought I’d want to set my alarm and go to the gym. Today I really wasn’t feeling the running so she did a little commentary as if I was running in an athletic race it was so funny … I never thought I’d laugh so much during workouts. Abs has literally helped me achieve my dream body. I came to her overweight and feeling horrible with no motivation or belief I was able to loose weight because of my bad past with PTs. Within a matter of months of having her as my PT and using her workouts and advice my body completely transformed. I’ve had 3 PTs in the past and none have been anywhere near as good as Abs. I feel my passion for fitness becomes contagious resulting in my clients developing at love for training.

My clients achieve their goals because my training sessions are designed for performance and improvement. They work hard which results in them looking and feel their best, by motivating them along the way.

My sessions are a mix of resistance training mixed with smaller parts of cardio therefore developing my clients overall fitness, strength and health.

I have always had a strong work ethic and a passion for fitness and being active. I started shadowing my current boss and learning everything from his 30 years experience. The enjoyment i dound from helping people transform thre lifves what much more then the athsecticss. I offer in person 1-2-1 PT in Clavering Essex (near Stansted Airport) and Online Personal Training Programming with the personal touch of weekly checkings via zoom/call and 24hr support.

Clean and sterile environment as well as offering Online Programmings.

Workout programming tailored to your specific goals to accommodate and challenge you.

Meal plan tailored to you and your goals with personalised macros and calories.

2 Custom training plans specific to you, your goals and equipment (1 every 6 weeks) can be home or gym.

Access to an app in which you can access all of your plans.

Video demos of all exercise shared on the app.

A space to log progress and send videos if you wish to receive feedback.

Space on app to keep track of your progress including photos, measurements and calories.

Weekly check-ins via phone call or messenger to review progress also allows for an adaptations to programme.

Help with diet including meal ideas and how to hit your macros.

Help with how to manage social events and meals out so you don’t have to made sacrifices.

Continuous support throughout.

Session tailored to each individual to master their goals, while ensuring correct form/technique and building muscular balance within the body.

The benefits of personal training at a shared cost. My group sessions are a maximum of 5 and minimum of 3 people per group. It's a fun way to met new people with a great atmosphere making training fun. You still get individual attention as in 1-2-1 with the sessions tailored to each persons separate abilities.
