I met Karen through a very good friend who recommended her after 8 weeks of extreme insomnia and lucky to sleep half an hour a night with 3 young children to look after I was absolutely at my wits end and exhausted. Doctors sleeping prescriptions did nothing at all. I had one session with Karen and every single night since I have slept 9 hours! And been able to get back to sleep if I wake too early.
