Daniel Moon is a very easy person to talk to, the work work was carried out on time and professionally

I agreed a quote with Daniel Moon, which was for parts and labour, to replace an insulated hot tank which had sprung a leak on the Friday evening before a bank holiday weekend. We could survive until the Tuesday having other facilities. Elliott arrived pretty well on the dot of eight o’clock as agreed with the major pieces of kit and set to. He was a very agreeably personality and explained what he was doing as necessary. A problem with a flange necessitated him going to Crowborough, Uckfield and eventually Tunbridge Wells but he tracked one down. Owing to the quirks of our system, he eventually left at 6.45 pm with hot water flowing.

Full marks for the plumbing, the effort, the courtesy, the outcome. If one thing could be improved it would be the laying of druggets before working. But overall I would certainly employ Ability Plumbing Heating Electrical again. Pretty well full marks for a long and arduous day. Thank you. More...

i called Ability Saturday morning as had a burst pipe, what can i say, truly amazing, friendly, efficient service, had me up and running in an hour. Danny came out and he was my knight in shining armour as i had no water. If anyone reading this needs help please call them as they are by far the best in my opinion. Great job done quickly and efficiently, replacing both the boiler and hot water cylinder, we have our heating back sooner than we might have expected when our old boiler failed a week ago!
