They came out the next day and assessed the job - I wasn't able to be at home due to work commitments, they rang me and explained what needs to be done. When I had to leave the phone call due to being at work, they rang my dad (at my request) and explained what needed to be done. Whilst doing the work they sent me pictures to keep me updated.
