This is the best jewellers in Hatton Garden, and my fiancé and I visited most of them! The best quality and the best service. Not only that but after having to have an operation and leaving it to the last minute to order a ring, Simon from Abiba could not have been more helpful, everyone else had quoted us 5 -6 weeks and when we called we had far less, Simon could not have been more helpful, made everything easy and took all the stress away and when we picked up my wedding ring we picked up a stunning sparkly ring with superior quality diamonds, well worth every penny we paid, will definitely be going back next year to replace my old engagement ring, could not be more helpful or better quality! Fantastic after-sales service! My hubby bought my engagement ring here in 2015 and both my wedding ring (which was a present from family from another jewellers) and my engagement ring needed to be resized, polished and minor repairs. Got the rings back yesterday after a short wait and am so happy with the results - both look brand new and are sparkling and cost a fraction of what I thought it would cost! Having visited lots of other jewellers in Hatton Garden, I came across Abiba Jewellers by chance. Wow, how pleased am I. I had previously been into lots of other jewellers but there was something different about this place, no pushy hard sell, just brillant. Both Simon and Ajay were incredibly helpful from the very start to the finish, as I must have driven them mad wanting to try on most of the shop!! At no stage did they ever make me feel like I needed to hurry up or make a decision, actually the complete opposite, they were so friendly, easy going but also very knowledgeable. It truly was a lovely experience going to buy my ring. So pleased with it. My second purchase and I will come back. Hard to pick where to go from walking up and down Hatton Garden but I avoided the tacky ones and looked for a place I could get good advice, and found it in Abiba. I was walking past here the other day when I lost one of my earrings that my Dad had bought me as a very special present. A really lovely Man who works here (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name) saw me looking and came out to see if I was okay and to help . We couldn’t find anything but he said he’d keep looking and to come back, which I did after work but it was closed. I had ordered an engagement ring online through an American company and was promised a delivery date. The date was important as I had booked a surprise holiday and it needed to be delivered before we left. I eventually realised that the ring wasn't going to be delivered on time and had to cancel the order. Turns out company had misled me with a delivery date they could never have met. Spent a day in Hatton Garden trying to find something similar. Saw alot of nice rings but now had my heart set on the one from the website. Losing hope I came across Abiba. Went in with a photograph of the ring from the website and asked if they had anything similar. They said they could do one better and create an identical ring. Simon and Ajay were brilliant throughout and kept me updated with the progress of the ring. It was ready on time and was absolutely brilliant. It looked exactly the same as the one from the website but this way I was able to choose the sapphire which actually made it more personal. An absolutely first class experience from start to finish. They can operate within any timescale and budget, and will accommodate any request. I found the whole experience very reassuring and Simon and the team always welcome you into the store with open arms. Come the day of the proposal the ring was much too big and within 2 hours I had gone back to the store and they had completed the re-sizing. Staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. The customer service is fantastic and they look after their customers for life too, with polishes etc. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured into buying anything and they were so flexible what what they could do. Went to Abiba on the recommendation of another jeweller that was moving from Hatton Gardens which speaks volumes about them. I was greeted by Simon who is such a warm, friendly and extremely funny bloke who put me at ease straight away. He gave me great informative and honest advice in what to look for in diamond. I got referred to Abiba through my brother-in-law and a close family friend who both bough diamond engagement rings from Simon. What can I say? Simon was extremely helpful, professional and did his utmost best to find me something within my budget. I shopped around quite extensively both in Hatton Gardens and Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter and no where could compare to Abiba's service. Brilliant. Really great staff. And beautiful pieces. My partner and I went to pick an engagement ring from Hatton Gardens. After having stores push rings we didn't want and others looking down at their noses at us, it was wonderful to walk into a shop that let us take our time to pick the right ring. We found an interesting ring - rose gold, with morganite and diamonds - perfect. The staff were friendly and they adjusted the ring within an hour. A close friend suggested I go and see Simon at Abiba Jewellers about a gift for a special anniversary. Simon couldn't have been more helpful and his advice was crucial in helping me find the right type of ring. One of the best decisions I've ever made.
