Excellent Service and very trustworthy

This really was the worse experience I have ever had!!! what should have taken 5 days took over 2 weeks with the system being left with 4 leaks. That I paid another plumber to fix as Paul failed to return any calls to fix. Paul has cut holes in the up stair flooring which means that floor creaks. He was inappropriate, rude and failed to communicate with me through the 2 weeks.He also quoted to remove all the old stuff but only took what he could make money on, the rest was left in the garden which cost another £150 to clear. A COMPANY LET THE CUSTOMER DOWN SO WE REARRANGED WORK TO ACCOMODATE THE CUSTOMER, HER PRIORITY BEING HOT WATER. CUSTOMER WAS MADE AWARE OF A PREBOOKED INSTALLATION AT END OF WEEK AND THAT WE WERE AWAY FOR A LONG WEEKEND. CUSTOMER HAD A CARPENTER THAT WE HAD TO WORK ROUND & FLOORBOARDS PREVIOUSLY REMOVED & REPLACED ACCORDINGLY. THE SHOWER CUBICLE, TRAY AND TOILET REMOVED FOR FREE DUE TO FLOOR ROTTING. INSTALL OF TOILET ALSO WITHOUT CHARGE. WE COULD NOT DISPOSE OF THESE WITHOUTOUT INCURRING A DISPOSAL CHARGE & A LOSS FOR UNCHARGED WORK A LARGE AMOUNT OF THE PAYMENT WAS MADE WHEN WE POLITELY POINTED OUT THAT WE DID NOT TAKE A DEPOSIT DUE TO SHORT NOTICE BUT SUGGESTED THEY PAID AND KEPT A RETAINER WHICH THEY ACTIONED. WE WERE MADE AWARE OF THE LEAKS WHILST AWAY BUT THE CUSTOMER DID NOT WANT US TO RETURN AND WILLINGLY PAID THE BALANCE EVEN THOUGH WE WERE PREPARED TO DO ANY SNAGGING. I had a combi boiler fitted in a very old house. Excellent customer service from Gail, I received a competitive quote within a couple of hours of Paul's visit. I could'nt have picked a better company, no silly sales pitch, which I did get from others. They turned up to do the job when they said they would, got on with the job and cleared up their mess. A very customer based company, which is sadly a rarity these days. Happy to recommend to anyone. They even suggested I applied for the government scrappage scheme as my boiler was so old.
