We used Aberdein Considine to sell/buy our house. Gavin Crowe, Katie Russell and Lee were phenomenal! The whole process was complicated and stressful for various reasons but the team at AC were great. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Gavin and Katie were excellent at keeping us informed and we felt hugely reassured having them on our side. It was also handy that they have a number of high street offices which makes it easy to drop documents in for verification etc. I considered several other solicitors before deciding to go with AC but I am very pleased with the decision i made. We had a very positive experience selling our property and buying a new flat with Leanne at AC. Initially we struggled to get viewings and sell and I wasn't overly impressed with the service we received from Leanne's colleague but once she took over, communications improved! There were a few hiccups on the seller's end which she was really eager to smooth out for us, explaining all of the legal jargon that we were unfamiliar with. The staff there ensured that the process of selling and securing another property was as stress free as possible, through the use of viewing agents who handled showcasing of our flat, through the handing of the mortgage, insurance and entire legal processes. We used Anthony Quin as our legal representative at Aberdein Considine Stirling to purchase our property & to sell our old home. He was extremely efficient, friendly, knowledgable, helpful & made both of these transactions so easy for us to undertake. We also used Aberdein Considine Shawlands marketing department to sell our previous home as they were closer to us than the Stirling branch. Susan Farmer was our main point of contact although all her team were excellent. Kept us informed, were very helpful, advised us & dealt with all our questions.
