Fusion Hog Roast catered for our guests the day after our wedding a Logie Country House. It was exactly what we wanted - lots (and I mean lots) of great food, relaxed set up, friendly staff with no fuss or stress. They came with everything they needed and provided everything we needed - plates, cutlery, napkins, sauces etc etc. Chris was great to deal with on the lead up answering any questions and adapting the quote to our requirements. Fusion were brilliant to deal with. We wanted a casual laid back vibe with plenty of nosh for our 100 wedding guests and this didn’t disappoint. Chris was so helpful in the beginning with suggestions for different Companies to provide us with cutlery and a fairy light canopy. He also provided us with our Master of Ceremony for the big day who we couldn’t have survived without! This is even without mentioning the extra help with stacking some of the benches that were in the hall. Also, the chocolate fountain was a huge hit. Basically, a huge thumbs up. Chris and the gang provided the hog roast and hot dogs for our festival style wedding and I can't recommend them highly enough. I was impressed with Chris when I had initially spoken to him on the phone - he put in serious thought about what they could do for us and helped with suggestions for catering later in the evening. The hog itself was just amazing and our 300 odd guests loved it as much as we did!! This was our main meal for the guests and there were full bellies all round! On behalf of everyone who attended the North of Scotland Gundog Association working test competition today I would like to say a huge thank you to Fusion Hog Roast for keeping us fed all day!
The quality of the food was exceptionally and there were numerous repeat orders but unfortunately I missed the Pork and Apple burgers as they proved to be very popular and were sold out before I could get one! The venison hotdogs were worth a mention too!

Our signature style of catering is Hog Roasts and BBQ. We are the leading hog roast supplier in the North East of Scotland. We love catering so are always excited to work with the clients requirements
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We treat every job as its own we don't have bulk menus. When a client lets us know there requirements we write a custom menu to suit there needs and budget.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the smile on the clients and guests face and clearing empty plates.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are not a huge catering company that does one menu for all we are small enough that we can work with you on a personal level to turn your catering dreams in to reality.
