What do you love most about your job?
I love to see people delighted with my work after I have done a job for them.
I get satisfaction from explaining the whole process of the job to the client, so that they are aware and understand what is involved.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Job satisfaction inspired me to go self-employed, after working for various companies I could see where there was a lack of customer engagement and confidence between customer and trade.
Why should our clients choose you?
I believe that quality and precision are a must and strive to deliver customer satisfaction along with good communication. It is essential to any client to feel confident employing a tradesman in their property.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Fully vaccinated and will wear ppe if and when required to make the customer feel at ease.
