Please don't use this company as working with credit card scammers . We had a scammer phone up and pay for goods with a stolen credit card and i was collected by AB Safe Moves ! When we called them to advise of this they said they didn't care even though we asked for address it was delivered to and that we had them on CCTV . Hello Mr Rutter First of all I’m surprised and shocked to see this review on google and bark against my company. As you can see this is the total opposite to what my other reviews reflect and say about AB Safe Moves LTD, I’m sorry to hear that someone has scammed your business. I would like to state that as I’ve looked through the jobs we’ve done in the last quarter of 2023 and beginning of 2024 we have not crossed paths in any way shape or form,which makes me think your review is done in error and you have my company mixed up with someone else. If you would have rang my company you would of gotten straight through to me directly as I’m the only person who has access to the work phone and I would not have spoken to you inappropriately as my customers know I’m very respectful and considerate. In your other review on BARK you state that someone used a stolen credit card to purchase goods from you and that we picked it up and you have cctv of my van, could you please send the information and image of my van form your cctv to Info@absafemoves.co.uk within 72hrs so we can get to the bottom of this ASAP please. If no response within the reasonable time frame I will report to the police about this situation with the stolen credit card and your information so they can investigate the stolen credit card,and I will be going through Google and BARK to have this wrongful review removed. Unlike all other companies we contacted, Andrei was really quick to give us a call & organised our move with a very reasonable quote for a man & van! Great start! Zane from AB Moves then moved us into our new home & honestly was the best moving experience we’ve had so far! Punctual, polite, chirpy & funny! I was blown away by the speed & ability to play Tetris with all our belongings to fill a small lorry in such an organised manor! Everything from start to finish was impressive. The packing team came the day before the move and swiftly but securely packed everything into boxes. The next morning the team arrived and loaded everything onto the lorries. They then drove several hours to our new home and unpacked. Nothing was too much trouble if I changed my mind on where things were going they happily moved them for me. What can be a pretty stressful experience was made relatively stressfree due to the professionalism and helpfulness of the team. A quick mention to Andrejs who visited my home to price it and then managed to secure a team for a weekend moving day which really helped me out. AB Safe Moves moved us on Monday, having sent a packing team on Sunday to pack our possessions and wrap up the delicates, breakables etc. Brilliant job. The team, both days, were courteous, efficient, professional, and careful. Monday saw them get two trucks loaded by late morning, and unloaded into our new home before the end of the day.
