I’m not sure how to put in to words the extremely efficient service I was provided. The investigator I was working with was very patient with me. He supported me emotionally and physically through the whole experience. He advised me for my benefit and not his financial benefit. Had he any greedy intentions he could have dragged my case out for weeks but instead he gave me advice that was best for me. He went over and beyond to support me and still checked in after everything was done to make sure I was ok. At one of my lowest and hardest times in life he supported me with patience and understanding.
