Roof Cleaning
Many thanks to Ab Fab Home Improvements for all the work on our roof! Michael and Chris were great and the results are excellent. The first job was to scrape off all the moss and detritus from our slate tiles and clear out the gutters. Then they sanded, filled and painted the soffits and fascia. Lastly they hacked out all the dead cement and recemented in all of our ridge tiles, along the parapet wall and resecured in our chimney pots. They worked fast and all done in 3 and a bit days. Roof Repair
Had a leaking flat roof that had been patched up twice over a 7 year period. Contacted Ab Fab Home Improvements 2 days before Christmas eve, they completed 90% of the job on Christmas eve and finished the remainder of the work on Sunday the 27th.
Quote included the following:
1) Clean off all loose chippings from main flat roof.
2) Strip back felt from rear flat roof where water is getting in.
3) Lay new felt to seal and protect leak.
4) Recoat complete roof with black jack waterproof coating sealer 2x coats to seal all area and keep roof watertight.
5) Fix back roof chippings with 10 extra bags to complete roof and correct levels.
6) Scrape off all loose paint flakes from facein boards, fill back with wood filler then paint with 2 coats of Sandtext masonry paint 2x coats to prevent wood rot.
7) All materials supplied and fitted, all rubbish removed, site left clean and tidy.
Total labour and cost £1150 plus a 7 years guarantee.
The team also clean the slippery moss off the terrace for me. Overall I was pleased with the professionalism and the quick response from Ab Fab Home Improvement.

I needed my garden fence replaced, I put it out to tender on Bark; the enquires to price to do my work came almost immediately.
I chose AB FAB Home Improvements, their price was competitive and they started immediately. The standard or work was excellent, they were very efficient and when they finished they cleared all the waste materials and my garden was spotless. I would definitely recommend AB FAB.
