Aaron is a fantastic personal trainer. I started training with him last year and he helped me make a lot of progress on my muscle gain and weight loss goals. I was extremely nervous about starting at the gym but Aaron made me feel completely at ease! Aaron is very knowledgeable and pushes you to where he knows you can go, even if you think you can’t. I throughly enjoyed my sessions with Aaron. He is very easy to talk too and makes you feel completely comfortable and really makes you work hard which is great! He is a fantastic trainer and a lovely guy. He is very professional and knows exactly what he is talking about. I have tried many different fitness classes and clubs (pole fitness, Zumba, boot camp etc) and have been going independently to the gym for years but no one has helped me get results like Aaron has!
Aaron became my personal trainer when I was at my worst physical health. I was so easily exhausted and demotivated but Aaron not only has help to transform my body, but also my way of thinking! He makes me feel comfortable in the gym and is constantly making me feel like I can achieve my goals! I would 100% recommend Aaron to anyone wether you’re new to fitness or not. He is fantastic at what he does and has wide knowledge of nutrition, to top it off he loves his job which only motivates me to push harder to reach my goals.

I first came to Aaron in May this year. My husband recommended Aaron having been to one of his boxing class in 2018. Having 4 brothers and one sister who are all very fit and active I wanted to be just like them and thanks to Aaron he got me on track.
In the 6months of training with Aaron I have noticed that my confidence in the gym has grown massively. I feel more active and toned he helped myself and my husband get in shape for our wedding and I have continued to drop weight after it too. Aaron is not just supportive in the gym but outside too via text and email. He really does put so much time and effort into his clients you won’t be disappointed. Aaron is a fantastic and very knowledgable PT.
The dedication that Aaron invests in you achieving your body goals is second to none.
Sessions are always tailored to you and they are fun but by no means are they easy....do be prepared to sweat....a lot!
Aaron is not just supportive in the gym as he is always on hand to offer advice outside the PT session, whether it be in person, text or email. He really does go above and beyond for his clients. However, what I most like about Aaron apart from being an amazing PT, is that he is so friendly and approachable. He really would do anything he reasonably could to help you.
I wouldn’t ever hesitate in recommending Aaron as your next P/T! I can guarantee, that you won’t be disappointed!!

Aaron was recommended to me from my pervious personal trainer, who left the gym and I can honestly say that he is a fantastic personal trainer, who I will recommend to anyone looking. I used to train alongside Aaron during my sessions with my previous personal trainer and used to see him training his clients and I was always impressed. Since I have been with Aaron, I have loss more weight, feel that I have become fitter and I have enjoyed my sessions with him as he challenges me. I’ve been training with around since early 2018. With so many PT’s around it is hard to know who to chose but having chose Aaron - I definitely made the right chose. I first started working with Aaron after a long period of illness that had decimated my fitness. I was struggling to find the motivation to leave the house - and I knew it would be a long hard slog back to being fit an healthy. Aaron has been a great source motivation - he is always aware of my limits and peculiarities (for example, my weak back), but also knows when I can push just a little harder. Having changed PT’s unexpectedly, Aaron has been so motivating to reach the goals...as hard as it is! Within approx 3 months, I’ve felt more comfortable using weights and machines, reached new PB’s and finally able to start doing pull ups! Highly recommend Aaron!

I hadn't been to the gym for well over 10 years before I started training with Aaron.

He made it enjoyable and seem less like chore. Everything was bespoke to my liking and the rates were very reasonable.

I lost 1.5 stones so it definitely worked!

I have lost a stone since I started seeing Aaron. He is very supportive and his sessions are always interesting and challenging. I have learnt to use new machines, have become more confident with free weights and he also gives good nutritional tips as well.

I Have not been with Aaron for very long, after swapping from my previous PT. But I am beyond happy with my progress so far! He always motivates me to try harder, has taken me on shopping trips to help with weight loss and our sessions are always fun. I walk away feeling like I have achieved a little bit more. Aaron covered a personal training session as a favour for my previous Personal trainer (PT) who had left the gym I was in, as a result of that session I knew straight away that I had found the Personal trainer for me. From the first session Aaron figured out what my goals and weaknesses were. He quicky worked out what I needed to work on pushing me and motivating me and I quickly saw improvements I hadn't seen before. Every session was challenging but fun at the same time. Aaron was easy to talk to, very informative and knowledgeable and professional. He tracked my progress and worked out what my calorie intake was advising on what I needed to be eating to achieve my targets. My aim was to have PT sessions for 3 months but as I was seeing results and enjoying our sessions it was almost a year I had Aaron as a PT. I could not recommended him enough. Having Aaron as a PT was definitely one of the best decisions I made and am very grateful for all the hard work and effort he put into our sessions.

While I provide my clients with both exercise and nutrition plans, I know from experience sometimes this isn't enough. Knowing what to do is one thing, but actually doing it is something completely different. So I'm in close contact with all my clients to make sure they're on track. This involves setting them a habit tracker which they have to fill out daily, and organising a catch up call once a week. With high levels of accountability, you're more likely to stay on track.

Enjoying the process! When we have goals, its common to want to get from A to B as quickly as possible. However, this can add some stress and lead to disappointment. Its important to involve as many things as you like as possible in your life while you're on your journey, to make what you have to do seem more manageable. This will also improve your adherence in the long run!

To me, getting your ideal body all comes down to wanting to improve your self confidence. And every time my clients progress, I see their confidence levels go up. This is so awesome to see, as it often translates to them improving other areas of their life too!

I am very big on personal development, and I've loved how much my life has improved since I started working out. I, like most people started going exercising just to improve my body. However, I soon realised that exercise goes far beyond this. My confidence, mood and energy improved, and I soon became hooked. I wanted to improve other peoples lives just like how I improved mine. So I became a coach, and love working with my clients everyday!

I have a different outlook on personal training then 99% of PT's in this industry and because of this, you have a PT who'll go the extra mile for you. To me, personal training goes far beyond you just paying me for a one hour session. I can provide you with many extra services completely free of charge. These services include going with you on food shopping trips, providing you with nutritional plans, and sending you weekly motivational emails. I have also set up affiliations with local businesses such as chiropractic clinics and supplement stores to provide you with extra help on your fitness journey. Due to this extra help. i can give you far more for your money than most other PT's.

I provide my services online. This is in the form of either zoom personal training sessions, or online programming which would involve zoom catch up calls once a week.
