Describe your creative process.
Once we've read the brief we produce concept boards, this can sometimes be by hand or computer generated. After this stage we will meet with a client and decide on what direction they'd like us to develop. This process can sometimes be very thought provoking as coming to your business from outside can give a refreshing (and sometimes unconventional) approach which might spearhead a new way of doing business.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
A good brief from a client always helps, it allows us to understand where you're coming from and what you need from a designer. It also allows us to give you a detailed quote.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing printed brochures designed by us coming off the printing press! No seriously feedback, knowing we produced a project that exceeded expectation, made the client money and cements a longer term working relationship with a client.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working as a freelancer at an Advertising Agency and knowing how much they were charging for my services! I knew there were companies who wanted my skills and in many cases were better off talking to me direct as it saved them a small fortune.
Why should our clients choose you?
I've recently worked for Scotts of Stow, Help for Heroes and various other well known companies. If you need a brochure or mail order catalogue designed - I'd be glad to discuss as I'm not only a Graphic Designer but managed large projects and run an agency studio in the past and have a sleeve rolled up approach to work.
